Second interview
Had a meeting that I am not sure how to categorise. Someone from outside the organisation asked to speak with me about the work I had done at Stassen. Not a reference check, not an interview in the normal sense. They wanted to know what records I had kept from that period.
I told them I had not kept any records, which was true in the way they meant it. The records belong to the organisation and I did not take copies when I left. But the method is mine and is publically available. You do not need the records if you have the method and access to the same sources.
They did not seem particularly interested in the method. They wanted to know about specific documents. I said I could not help with that.
The meeting was not recorded. I was not given a name or a card. They knew where I worked and what my role had been, but their questions suggested they did not know exactly what I had found, only that I had found somthing.
I am putting this here rather than anywhere else because this is mine.
