What you are paying for
Had a client ask what exactly they were paying for. Fair question. The short answer is continuity. The guidance documents are all publically available, anyone can read them. What you are paying for is someone who has been reading them for long enough to notice when something changes.
The problem with this is that the knowledge is entirely in the person. If they leave you are back to a stack of PDFs you allready had.
Starting at Stassen next month, moving to Maryland for it. Different kind of work but we will see.
